Refund Policy:
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns:
You have to explain the full and authentic reason to refund a product. Our head team will decide whether the product can be refunded or not.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes to receive your refund may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will initiate an order replacement as soon as we recieve the authentic information regarding product’s damage from our side.

Shipping:
As we are offering free shipping for you, You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
